Hi Chris, this cool little critter is an Assassin Bug nymph. This guy is probably from Genus Zelus.

There is a good chance that this is Zelus luridus since it is the most common Zelus species in the Eastern US. Take a look and see what you think. There are pictures of nymphs in the Images:
