Claytonia virginica
Delicate five-petaled flowers of about 20mm across. Petals are white with pink veining. Anthers are also pink. Flowers arise from a stem with only two lanceolate leaves near the base.
Deciduous hardwood forest.
Found along Hawthorne trail, and throughout the forest.
