Description:

A common raptor, with long pointed wings and long tail. Noted for its constant hovering. Blue-grey head and tail, underwings and tail white with black tail bar. L 32-35, WS 71-80

Habitat:

open country, sea cliffs, towns

Notes:

Spotted in Wadi Beeda, Dahab. Here attacking a sand partridge with her chicks. I know he also needs his food, but in this case i had to interfere.
