Calycopis isobeon
Photo take at my backyard , very small around 1 cm wingspan. gray-silver color on the underwing and pale blue on the top wings ususallly spot on the ground.
Open areas tropical semiarid near coastal areas and edges.
I apologize for being so nasty on a Sunday, but it is Calycopis isobeon.

and compare it with yours. You have carefully look at the two red lunules and the corresponding white line next to this lunules and compare with yours. In yours and Calycopis there is a zig-zag line (for the 2 lunules) and in Sangala there is no zig-zag line indicating it is actually a larger 1-spot and not 2 spots.
