I agree on painted turtles, but a better photo is needed :)
I can't see enough detail to help with ID, but the category should be changed from Amphibians to Reptiles. Thanks! :-)
From this picture it us a little hard to tell markings, but I would say painted turtles, some people call them sun turtles too
