Description:

A very leafy bush typically growing about 30 in. (in both height and width). Usually grown as ornamental plants they do produce flowers but are usually trimmed to discourage this.

Habitat:

Native to Africa, Southern Asia, and parts of Australia it thrives in warm moist climates.

Notes:

Its common name Coleus is actually the name of a defunct genus to which many of the Solenostemon plants once belonged.
