Description:

Huge fungus, at least 1.5 across. Cream to light yellow in color. Soft and spongy. A stem on the under side.

Habitat:

Garth woods, Eastchester NY. Oak tulip forest.

Notes:

Found by the base of a large oak. Specimen appears to have been dislodged from its place of origen.
