Brown and yellow sharpshooter with white blotches on transparent wings. I spotted this sharpshooter a few days later on a nearby bush and there was white liquid on the leaf behind it and it was rubbing the liquid on its wings as seen in the last image and video.

This hopper was on a screen door and Bougainvillea in backyard

Thank you, :)
So much to learn,so little time.

Great question. I am a big fan of these but I'm not the most knowledgeable.
Sharpshooters are a subfamily of Leafhoppers. They're named that after their nasty habit of shooting "water" out of their rear end at you.
Treehoppers have a large pronotum which can look like a horn or bump.
Planthoppers antennae are attached below the eye on the "cheek".

I know that frog hopper nymphs are spittle bugs
Have not seen and adult frog hopper yet.

Thanks Luis!
