This is a tiny 1st or 2nd instar walking stick, green for camouflage and with an odd brown extension on the tail. Maybe a dried doodle?

Habitat:

Abandoned field, semi-urban area, outskirts of San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
