Sanguirana luzonensis

Description:

Sanguirana luzonensis can be distinguished from other members of the Sanguirana everetti complex by a combination of the following characters: (1) absence of dorsal asperities (2) absence of infracloacal tubercles (3) tympanum not translucent (4) tibial bars present (5) dark dorsal spots absent (6) dark canthal stripes present (7) snout pointed (8) ventral surface tubercualte around the groin (9) dorsolateral ridge indistinct

Habitat:

Mostly found near forested streams. Endemic to Philippines specifically Luzon including Polilio Islands.

Notes:

Classifies as Near Threatened in IUCN List due to limited knowledge of its distribution and habitat loss.
