Cooper's Hawk

Accipiter cooperii

Notes:

I'd originally thought this was a Sharp-shinned Hawk based on it's quite small size, but after doing a bit of research I believe it's a Cooper's Hawk, based on its coloration. If any hawk experts want to chip in, I'd appreciate it.
