Description:

The first picture is of middle age growth under an oak canopy, the second of older growth under the same oak canopy The third picture is of middle age growth in wood chips and the fourth a very young cap in wood chips as well.

Habitat:

In eastern North America commonly found growing in wood chips, but also grows in grassy and wooded environments.
