Junonia orithya
Spotted on the isle of Koh Lipeh, Thailand. It looks like Junonia orithya, but there are some slight differences, and I'm not sure this species occurs on the islands of the Andaman sea.

That's what I think, too, but I would like to have a confirmation before changing the name...
Blue Pansy (Junonia orithya)?
