Sierran Treefrog

Description:

Formally called Pacific Treefrog for the central California. It also goes by the names Sierra Chorus Frog, Pacific Chorus Frog. These treefrogs may vary in color and pattern. From green to tan, with or without a pattern or spots on it's back.Dark stripe from their snout across the eye to back of fore legs. They are about an inch in length. They have they widest range in California

Habitat:

Near water, creeks, lakes, ponds.

Notes:

Almost stepped on it as I was trying to find Dragonflies. It was heading from vegetation along the creek to the creek.
