Original medium 35 mm color slide, taken with Nikonos V using flash; film subsequently scanned and image saved as digital file.
Thanks Sargon. Actually, this does not seem a tough call at all. It seems pretty obvious after looking at lot of pictures online. With any initiative, I could have made the ID myself. I'm glad someone had initiative!
