Plant galls are abnormal outgrowths of plant tissues and can be caused by various parasites, from fungi and bacteria, to insects and mites.
Hi PutkovAlexander, these are galls most likely caused by a type of mite. The mites cause the plant to form extra tissue, creating a place for the mites to live and be protected. This should be moved to the Arthropods section.
