I sneaked up from behind and took a few pictures of it's back ,while it was perched on my neighbors boat.I created Part 4(to follow) because I noticed something very unusual about it's eyes.

Yes, adult Cooper's Hawk; rounded tail and red eyes indicate that it is.
Haha!
I thought that was green feathers!
