Tachina fera
I have not been able to find a "common name" in English. The translated sommon name from Swedish to english would be "Parasite Fly" (Parasitfluga).
According to wikipedia; "It is found across Europe as far north as Scandinavia"
This pretty fly is from Family Tachinidae. Many Tachinid flies have those large bristly hairs that you see on the abdomen.
