I am sure it is the Ecuadorian subspecies Dismorphia lewyi leonora and it is the male.
There are not many pictures of it, but these ones are a perfect match:

The ID Dismorphia lewyi leonora is safe.

The subspecies may vary since there are others that are very similar, but it is definitely a Mimic-White. I am going to stick with the species. Thank you bayucca! :)
