Mycena acicula
Far too small for M. leaiana, but perhaps Mycena acicula?
All of the specimens that I've found are not on hard wood which is where Mycena leaiana is found. Plus the stalks of M. leaiana seem to be much larger than this. But it does look like some other species in the Mycena genus
You could have a look at Mycena leaiana.
Absolutely beautiful and so elegant ! A Mycena I think.
