Help me ID this species

Description:

My dad and I found this strange looking mushroom under my tree house. Neither of us have seen a mushroom like this before. We have seen Morels and other all white (softball sized) mushrooms, but never a yellow one like this. We would like more information about it. Thank you!

Habitat:

This mushroom was found under our tree house which is in 2 Water-Oak trees.

Unusual indeed tay44lor and very nice spotting ! I specially like the stem.. There are people on PN who are great at identifying mushrooms from the US - I hope you get an ID for this beauty.
