Psittacara (Aratinga) finschi
While marveling at the beautiful oxcart in Sarchi we saw that in the roof were also couples of Finschi parakeets. They are 28 cm long and weight about 150 g. Mostly green with a red forehead and bright orange in the interior upper part of the wings. The beak is light pink/tan. Monogamous, they pair for life.
Neotropical.
