Was not certain about the specie of this hummingbird becausethe photo is to dark and it also has a strange white patch, but it turns out that it is an Swallow-tailed Hummingbird

The general form, such as the deep-forked tail, points to swallow-tailed hummingbird...the white spot above the shoulder is odd though...
