Megalodontes capitalatus
Male. The genus name is due to its big mandible. Megalodontes species are quite rare sawflies with a shiny black body and narrow pale yellow stripes on the abdomen. The head is large, the antennae are pectinate,with flaps on the underside, and the wings are reddish. Flat-bodied and fast-flying, mainly in sunshine. Larvae have no prolegs and live in communal webs on umbellifers.

Finally identified as Megalodontes capitalatus
