Lichenostomus fasciogularis
Easy to recognise this Honeyeater by the yellow stripes down the side of its head. Its diet includes nectar & insects.
Found from Queensland, down to South Australia in open forests & gardens. This one was swooping for a swim in a small muddy waterhole.

Thanks so much kd. I'll change it straight away.
Hey Leanne, great sighting. Have a look at images of the Mangrove Honeyeater - I think that's what you've got here, yellow streak is slightly different to the Yellow-faced (underneath the eye not through) & a slightly larger bird with more frontal streaking. I've only seen the Yellow-faced here but would love to see one of your species.
There's one for me to look for Leanne. I haven't spotted one of those.
