A small bird about the size of a male house sparrow. Green feathers and a red head. Pictured this at Binsar, Uttarakhand, India. ..Sorry the picture is a bit hazy!!
I don't really think it is a Russet Sparrow....Russet Sparrow's don't have green plumage! Anyway thank you for the suggestion.
