Rust coloured lower body. white bib streaked with rust. Head aquiline.
First spotted on road kill along with Black kites (Milvus migrans govinda). This one was sitting on a tree, all by itself, preening. A little further off from the others.
Sorry. I had initially wrongly Id-ed it as Pallas's Fish Eagle.
