I think we can't call this one for sure Apatelodes torrefacta. Apatelodes looks not bad, but I would not dare to go down to species level just from this picture.

The legs look slightly different for different species. The abdomen is the dragon-like head, and the "wings" are sphinx moth wings.

no i swear its real , unfortunately its the only picture she took and its with her phone , i dont think its a sphinx moth , i just saw a bunch of pictures and the legs look very different .

It looks like the underside of a Sphinx moth, Sphingidae, perhaps.
