Tan weevil with faint green patches on face. They have a white mark on the side as well as one above the rear legs. This is a type of broad-nosed weevil. "Shoulders reduced (flightless) -- unlike other spp. of the genus."
Unknown sapling in citrus orchard. "a pest of many ornamental plants and trees, including Citrus. Perhaps best known for the damage it inflicts on roses."
