Any front view of the spider?
If she has those fancy "mask" or "glasses", it's a Thomisus sp.

I am sceptic about Misumena vatia be found on the Philippines. It generally found in whole Europe to Japan and some parts of US. But the Philippines are a tropical or subtropical area, so quite different from the continental aera. We should have reports from the Philippines, Thailand or Indonesia to be sure it is Misumena vatia.
