Some type of Hawk Moth? We've been having unusually cold temperatures and rain the past few days. All kinds of spiders and moths have made their way to my porch. The darkest parts on this one look like a dark green, very pretty.

The distribution, combined with the wing markings that look a lot like those on the bugguide.net site, suggest this is the species.
