So hard to tell what these are. I can't even ID how many petals there are on the flowers or what their petal structure looks like. See if you can get a good single close up of the flower next time (and the leaves, too!) so it'll be easier to help you ID. Maybe someone else will have better luck/experience with this flower. They sure look pretty all over that trail!
