Semi-slug?

Notes:

I found this creature in the parsley in my garden. In this state it was maybe 12-15mm long but I suspect it would be longer if it stretched out. I think it's a semi-slug, but I can't find anything that looks like it in the pictures of semi-slugs that live in southeast Queensland.
