Spotted in Laguna del Diario in Maldonado, Uruguay. This little bird is aptly named. In Spanish it's called "Sietecolores", meaning "Seven colours".

Well, not sure where you live Ismael, but if you live in South America there is a big chance that you can find it near lakes.
