Rob, you can take Agetocera sp. as scientific name, but I would delete the "possibly Agetocera discedens".

There is a key to Indochinese Agetocera (and other Galerucinae genera) here: http://catalog.lib.kyushu-u.ac.jp/handle...
There are 12 species in Indochina (three described after this key was published), mainly distinguished by the male antennae. So I don't think I can come up with any more precise IDeas for this one. A. discedens is very unlikely.

Hi Bayucca & Michael, for a total layman your knowlege and help is very much appreciated, spotting ammended - Chrysomelidae, Galerucinae, Agetocera sp. possibly Agetocera discedens.

Thanks Michael for confirming the genus. As I commented before, the differences with Discendens are too obvious. Do you have any IDeas about other species?

It is definitely a species of Agetocera, but a female, and these are very hard to identify. I don't think it's discedens, because that's not recorded from Thailand (only from Taiwan and possibly SE China).

Chrysomelidae, Galerucinae, Flea Beetle. Very similar to Agetocera discedens, but if you look carefully at the color of the legs and the antennae you see some differences, so the links are more to illustrate the subfamily than the genus.
