Spotting

Notes:

Spotted on the Mt. Townsend Trail in Olympic National Forest. This is one of the rare occasions that I could spot insects during hike. I usually spot many plants, but not insects (they all must be hiding somewhere), so I was very excited! No idea what this guy is, so please help me with the ID!
