Mosquito like flying insects. Size about 25mm. Always moving in a pulsating manner.
They are always seen hanging from spider webs.
Updated on 15/08/13.... third and fourth photos are their mating dance and mating..

By the way, Bittacomorpha clavipes is only limited to the eastern North America.
