Moving across manicured grass patches in a country town adjacent to mountainous forested national park.

Notes:

In the depths of winter... in company of many 'monarchs' (Danaus plexippus) Introduced to UK where it has become known as 'Albin's Hampstead Eye'

Thanks k.andrews6. Yes I noticed that Martin... different locations but similar variations. A good case for seasonal variation possibly.

Yours is fairly similar to my Victorian one with differences mainly along the outer wing edge. I think this is due to winter and summer variations. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/103...
