Caleb, you got the worst of all ;-)... Sorry, these Erynnis are sometimes a real nightmare to ID and I have another one open for ID and I am leaving for a congress tomorrow, so quite busy. I will make a fav and try later this week, OK?

no, no, don't get me wrong. I wouldn't say that is 'stating the obvious'. Many wouldn't know it's a skipper. i just forgot to add it in the notes. Thank you!

Ha ha...sorry. I didn't mean to state the obvious. It's tricky identifying the particular type, I have an orange one I haven't yet identified either.
