Spitfire caterpillar

Perga dorsalis

Description:

Not a caterpillar but a grub of the steelblue sawfly. They do not spit and there is no fire. They regurgitate a toxic saliva when threatened (pic 3) and spend most of the daytime huddled in a group for added protection.
