Fieberiella florii
Tan, white and brown leafhopper about 7 mm long. It had its face up against the leaf while its abdomen was sticking out.
This hopper was on Dragonfruit plant in the backyard. Unsure why it was on this plant. "Feeds on a wide variety of broad-leafed, woody trees, shrubs and vines Favorite host plants seem to be privet, fruit trees in the Rose Family (cherries, plums, peaches, apricots and apples, for instance) and other woody plants in the rose family."
