Description:

Wingspan size about 4inch, white with pale grey brown fasciae and striae, and the hindwing is tailed. The larvae feed on Endospermum species.

Habitat:

A frequent species in lowland forest, astheniata was commonest in hill dipterocarp and alluvial forest types.
