First time I spotted this cute beetle I call it Bull's eye, today I found out what it is... but it did not give me a name, I will keep calling it Bull's eye tortoise beetle....

Thank you so much for the ID, ulvalactuca77. That sounds like a fine name for this beetle. I read that it was, Coptocycla annulus but only once so I will edit as you suggested.
