Description:

This old man of the woods is very spotty, like dense leopard skin. Grayish black cap with white to dark gray tubes and wooly-scaly blackish stalk. When looking under it I was surprised that it is a bolete.

Habitat:

This old man of the woods bolete was spotted under a big oak tree in our yard.
