Reduvius personatus
It is the larva (Nymph) stage in the life cycle of this otherwise good looking creature. The camouflage of the juveniles, made of dirt and other small particles it collects on its sticky body to stay hidden from both predators and prey.
I have spotted it in urban environment, on the wall of a dirty outhouse.
On hungarian language it is called Szemetes zugpoloska; ~eng.: Filthy nook-bug (-chinch).
