Description:

Queen Anne's lace is a pretty lacy flat-topped compound of tiny white flowers. This plant is native to Europe. It is the ancestor of the garden carrot. Considered a troublesome weed. Also called wild carrot.

Habitat:

There is a very nice patch of wildflowers along the walk/bike trail in Millersville, Maryland.
