Found this bird in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, India
thank u again bayucca for ID suggestion..And ya it is very similar to your suggested link..Blue eyes n yellow portion at neck side are seen in both..thnx..
I think it might be Phalacrocorax fuscicollis. Please, verify! Cormorants are not my usual business...
