Description:

Tiny delicate grooved cap with smooth, circular sunken center. Mushroom is about 2 inches tall. 3/4 inch cap. It has a light-gray, grayish-brown cap with a white stalk, blackish gills and a slightly depressed center. Gills free and attached to collar about stalk.

Habitat:

Widely distributed in North America. Common in urban and suburban areas.
