Small-flower desert chicory

Description:

I think this ID is correct ... not 100%. It had been rainy, wet and foggy for a couple of days. Flower looks a little sodden. Single small bloom, maybe an inch across, on a shin-high stalk and I couldn't find its leaves down in the grass. Little hoverfly in one of the photos.
