Baby California sea lion. Spotted at Laguna Beach in the afternoon. Laguna Beach Marine mammal wildlife refuge came and rescued her. She was malnourished with no mother in sight.

There were duplicate photos of the Sea Lion, so I consolidated all the info into this spotting.
Might want to double check that, still only one photo in this spotting.
